In 9 days I'll be on a plane headed to China. So excited. Today I had lunch with a friend who has been to Beijing. He gave me some great tips on places to eat, stay, shop, get a massage and all other types of good information. The thing that surprised me most is he said the best tex-mex he has ever had was in Beijing. Apparently it is a must eat type place. I have a hard time believing there is better Tex-Mex in Beijing than San Antonio but I'm sure going to try it. The place is called Peters.
He also gave me information on getting to the Great Wall. I can't wait to see that. I'll hopefully be posting pictures around July 1 after my visit.
